About The Position

Quaker Windows & Doors is hiring Production Associates in Eldon, Missouri. Associates build vinyl, wood, and aluminum windows and doors; operate manufacturing equipment, with training provided; perform quality checks; identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals; and follow safety procedures. The advertised pay is $21.85–$27.64 per hour, with guaranteed raises after 60 days, six months, and one year. The role offers opportunities for internal promotion and long-term career growth.

The hiring priority is the evening shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM. Other available schedules are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; and Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM. Schedules may vary based on production needs.
