About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Associate in Tualatin, Oregon, for temporary work with potential for permanent placement. The role pays $21 per hour and involves creating accurate shipping labels and processing a wide variety of packages. Work is primarily desk-based and performed while seated in a steady-paced production environment. Associates must maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of packages throughout the shift and follow established production, shipping, and quality procedures. Exceptional attendance, punctuality, and schedule reliability are expected. The available schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, with coverage as needed. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2026. The role requires attention to detail, organization, consistency, and dependable work. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a background check and a drug test that includes THC screening, in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

Ability to create accurate shipping labels for packages.
Comfort handling many different packages throughout the shift.
Ability to perform desk-based work while seated.
Strong attention to detail, similar to quality-control work.
Ability to work the assigned schedule and provide coverage as needed.
Exceptional attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
