About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a temporary assignment in Tualatin, Oregon, paying $21 per hour, with potential for permanent placement. The associate creates and verifies shipping labels and processes a wide variety of packages in a primarily seated, desk-based production role. The work involves handling significant package volume while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a steady pace throughout the shift.

The position supports a time-sensitive production operation and requires exceptional attendance, punctuality, and schedule reliability. The associate follows established production, shipping, and quality procedures and carefully reviews labels and package information to help prevent errors. The listed schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM, with coverage as needed.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including a criminal background check and a drug test that includes THC screening, in accordance with applicable laws. Preferred qualifications include the ability to sit for long periods, prior quality-control or similar detail-focused experience, and comfort working at a steady pace with high accuracy.
