About The Position

The Production Associate assists with activities required to safely run corrugated converting equipment, including setup, operation, and cleanup. The role follows safety rules, maintains an orderly work area, and upholds ISO policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality Policy. The associate works from written instructions, diagrams, and production cards; feeds raw materials into converting machines; records production statistics in the ERP system; and performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

This position is scheduled for first shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The work includes regular standing, walking, communication, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, as well as frequent hand use, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
