Manufacturing Associate
About The Position
This role involves performing various tasks on the manufacturing floor, including counting and stacking finished products, reading factory orders, and accurately using gauges and test equipment. The position requires basic shop math skills, the ability to inspect products, and the completion of quality and administrative documents. Additionally, the associate will be responsible for cleaning functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and managing scrap. This is a full-time hourly position with shifts available on the 2nd or 3rd shift, operating Monday through Friday.

- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
- Performing clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
