About The Position

InterAction24 is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates for its production team in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. The role involves working with small ceramic components used in specialized electronic and industrial applications. Associates learn to operate production equipment, handle and process materials carefully, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. Previous experience with specialized manufacturing equipment is not required; training is provided. The position is suitable for entry-level candidates interested in hands-on work and developing a long-term career in manufacturing. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the first shift. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Handle, prepare, and process small ceramic components.
• Assist with production involving precision coating and electrical treatment of ceramic materials.
• Inspect components for defects and maintain consistent product quality.
• Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent production.
• Load, unload, and organize materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Work with experienced team members to learn equipment operation and production procedures.
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
