About The Position
WillowWood Global LLC is seeking a Production Associate to work on its manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and helping produce high-quality prosthetic feet and components. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The associate will learn about the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials and support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using computers for data entry, email, and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

- Manufacturing experience, including safe operation of production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, including meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipment.
- Learn and understand the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials.
- Handle and store materials properly to preserve their quality and shelf life.
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
- Prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals.
- Record data accurately using computer applications or a paper tracking system.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
