About The Position

WillowWood Global LLC is seeking a Production Associate to join its manufacturing team in Mesa, Arizona. The role operates manufacturing equipment and follows safety and quality procedures to produce high-quality prosthetic feet and components. It requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The associate will handle and store materials to preserve their quality and shelf life, inspect finished parts, meet daily production goals, and accurately record production data using computer applications or a paper tracking system. The position may also support the team with other tasks as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience using computers for data entry, email, and web-based applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Manufacturing experience, including safe operation of production equipment.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety, manufacturing, and quality procedures.
Operate equipment, including meter mix machines, hydraulic presses, cutting tools, grinders, and assembly equipment.
Learn and understand the structural design of fiber-reinforced composite materials.
Handle and store materials properly to preserve quality and shelf life.
Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
Prioritize tasks and meet daily production goals.
Accurately record data using computer applications or a paper tracking system.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team.
