About The Position

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join its production team in East Troy, Wisconsin. The role supports the company’s medical waste services by assembling medical waste containers, processing incoming containers and materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, and helping drivers and teammates meet customer needs. The work is active and hands-on, with responsibilities throughout the facility and an emphasis on quality, safety, teamwork, and accurate paperwork.

This is a permanent, full-time position scheduled Monday through Thursday on first shift, from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The starting rate is $20.00 per hour and is non-negotiable. Overtime opportunities are available. Full-time employees receive benefits, sick leave, and vacation leave after 90 days. The job is located at 2815 Buell Dr, East Troy, WI 53120.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work and staying active throughout the day.
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and push loaded carts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare medical waste containers for customer use.
• Inspect, organize, and process incoming containers and materials.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and hand trucks after training and certification.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and trailers.
• Secure shipments using strapping, bracing, and protective materials.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Support drivers and teammates with daily operational needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
