About The Position

Northside Hospital is hiring an MRI Tech to use Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body. The role serves neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. The schedule is 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., four 10-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one year of experience in diagnostic radiology, or an ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR)-only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Nice To Haves

• Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR).
• One year of training and experience in MRI.
