About The Position

Twin Ash Farms is seeking a reliable Production Associate for its organic bean and grain cleaning and food-processing facility in Snover, Michigan. This full-time, day-shift position is 40 hours per week. The associate operates production equipment, monitors processing, conducts basic quality and testing checks, stores raw materials and finished products, receives products, and prepares orders for shipment. The role also involves using lifting equipment and forklifts, maintaining clean and safe work areas, completing paperwork, and following food-safety and workplace-safety guidelines. Work takes place in varied indoor and outdoor conditions. Training will be provided, including food-safety and forklift training. Wages are competitive and based on experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication skills.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to lift 70 pounds unassisted.
Ability to work on foot for extended periods.
Reliable mode of transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours and days during peak seasons.
Pass a basic math test; calculator is allowed.
Pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of warehouse work experience preferred.
Related work experience and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the production process.
Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
Store raw materials and finished products properly.
Receive products and prepare them for shipment.
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders.
Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
Complete required paperwork accurately.
