About The Position

The Production Associate is an hourly, full-time, entry-level position at Fox Valley Container in Aurora, Illinois. The role involves counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, using gauges and other test equipment, applying basic shop math, and inspecting product. The associate must accurately complete quality and administrative documents and follow directions. The role also includes cleaning duties such as blowing down the machine, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap. The position is offered on either the second shift, 3 p.m.–11 p.m., or third shift, 11 p.m.–7 a.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The stated pay rate is $23.31 per hour. Sign-on bonuses are offered at 30 days, six months, and one year, with an additional bonus at two years.
