About The Position

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is hiring for full-time Production Associate positions at their site in Maxton, NC. This role operates on a Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift schedule, with potential for overtime on weekends. The starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, including an attendance bonus.

Requirements

• Must be able to work Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift
• Must be available for overtime on weekends

Responsibilities

• Compliance with all OSHA regulations
• Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions
• Properly use any personal protection equipment (PPE)
• Comply with 5S guidelines to ensure a clean and organized work place
• Maintain record of daily activities
• Assure proper placement of parts when performing operations
• Maintain lot control and FIFO to assure flow of material
• Other duties may be assigned
