3rd Shift Production Associate
About The Position
The 3rd Shift Production Associate is a full-time hourly role at the Fond du Lac Container Facility. The employee will begin on first shift for training and then work third shift, generally 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Sunday startup is at 10:00 PM for the corrugator department. Employees must be available to work all three shifts when needed to cover overtime, and overtime and Saturdays may be required. Starting pay is $22.85 per hour. After successful completion of training on a specific job, pay ranges from $23.87 to $28.95 per hour depending on the job performed. The position includes sign-on bonus payments of $500 after 30 days and $500 after six months.
Requirements
- Ability to work the third shift schedule, with first-shift training.
- Availability to work all three shifts when needed to cover overtime.
- Ability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to use basic shop math and accurately read tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment.
