About The Position
The Production Associate performs production line tasks as directed by the person in charge. The role requires demonstrating competency in on-the-job activities that may directly or indirectly affect product safety, legality, or quality. It is an entry-level position requiring minimal training to fulfill tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and record information applicable to the job.
- Demonstrated competency in on-the-job activities affecting product safety, legality, or quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including EEO, sexual harassment, safety, and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
- Fulfill work schedules and comply with attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.
