Production Associate - 1st & 2nd Shift

About The Position

The Production Associate inspects, packages, and palletizes products according to Truvant and customer specifications. The role requires completing paperwork for assigned areas and products, identifying defective products, understanding the production schedule, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet wrappers. On-the-job training is provided, and no previous experience is required. Associates must follow company, customer, regulatory, food-safety, and food-defense policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work safely on the production floor. The position may involve working in different environments depending on the building location and products.

Ability to adhere to regulatory and company policies, procedures, and work instructions, including Truvant policies, customer-specific policies, GMPs, USDA regulations, food safety, and food defense.
Ability to read documents, printouts, computer screens, and other communications.
Ability to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers.
Ability to reach, touch, and grasp; stand for prolonged periods; climb, stoop or kneel, lift, pull, and push.
Ability to conduct oneself safely to avoid accidents on the production floor.
Ability to lift and position loads up to 40 pounds.
