About The Position

Morgan Truck Body is hiring a Production Associate (Manufacturing Assembler) for its first shift in Ehrenberg, Arizona. The role involves hands-on assembly of full truck bodies, contributing precision and care to each build. The advertised pay rate is $20.00 per hour, with on-demand pay available. On-the-job training is provided in basic math, tape measurement, computer skills, hand and power tools, and reading and interpreting blueprints. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements described, including lifting up to 35 pounds and performing repetitive hand tasks.

• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.
• Assemble and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.
• Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.
• Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.
• Complete required safety and quality checks.
• Follow company safety policies and help maintain a safe workplace.
