About The Position

This is a part-time Production Associate position. The role involves maintaining a safe working environment, performing jobs in assembly, material handling, or wood finishing, and being available to assist in other areas as needed. The associate will learn new skills, support team members, and contribute to achieving team goals. Key responsibilities include understanding information on pick-lists and cabinet labels, being cross-trained, and accepting additional tasks to meet customer demands. Other duties may be requested.

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and in a team work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment
• Ability to properly assess and prioritize tasks

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred.
• One to 3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
