As a Production Associate (Batcher), you’ll play a key role in preparing product batches and keeping production moving. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where accuracy, teamwork, and safety are key to success.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • Reliable attendance is important for team operations
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
  • 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Mix and prepare batches by following recipes, formulas, and mixing instructions
  • Verify ingredients, quantities, and lot numbers before batching
  • Monitor processing equipment and controls to ensure smooth, safe operation
  • Maintain steady product flow and quickly flag issues that could impact quality
  • Watch for conditions that could affect sterility and report mechanical or process concerns
  • Move, stage, and store ingredients and materials as needed
  • Operate a lift truck to transport and position materials
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, rooms, piping, and tools per sanitation and CIP requirements
  • Complete batch records and required production documentation accurately
