About The Position

The Production Associate III performs assigned production tasks, including work as a grinder operator. The role follows safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping guidelines, product specifications, and required procedures. It includes maintaining accurate records, monitoring production and equipment, communicating issues with designated operators and support teams, and performing tasks accurately and effectively in each assigned position.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and good housekeeping guidelines.
• Keep accurate and complete records as required.
• Follow product specifications on a daily basis.
• Minimize cost by performing tasks accurately and effectively and identifying problem areas.
• Know and interpret the daily schedule.
• Communicate with support teams as needed.
• Visually inspect vats, blend coverage, and identification to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Communicate blend or other issues with the designated operator.
• Perform equipment checks as needed.
• Follow start-up, shut-down, and changeover procedures to ensure safety requirements are met.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Perform tasks accurately and effectively as required in each assigned position.
