Under general supervision, this role assembles components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components, to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. The associate will prepare and process electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines, working from process work instructions and test procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring and recording documentation to meet quality requirements, following production build rates and schedules, and meeting required cycle times. The role involves interfacing with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices, assembling cartons and containers, and preparing products for shipment according to specifications. The associate is responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of their own work and work area, with a commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
