This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The Fabricator I will operate production machinery such as loaded/unloaders, drill presses, weld nut stations, saws, and other basic fabrication equipment. This position involves conducting inspections, performing set-ups, preparing work, fabricating parts, cleaning the work area, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring the quality of one's own work and the work area. The role also requires adherence to policies, procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards, while meeting production goals. Accurate record-keeping according to Stryker specifications is essential. A commitment to quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in performance is expected, along with meeting all training and documentation criteria. The position requires meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
