About The Position

This role is responsible for producing high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. The Fabricator I will operate production machinery such as loaded/unloaders, drill presses, weld nut stations, and saws. The position also involves conducting inspections, troubleshooting, performing machine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. A strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement is expected, along with meeting production and record-keeping requirements.

Requirements

High School or GED
Manufacturing Experience

Responsibilities

Producing high quality fabricated parts utilizing various fabrication equipment
Running production as a loaded/unloader, or on a drill press station, weld nut station, saw, or other basic fabrication equipment and tooling
Conducting inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate required inspection equipment and troubleshoots as needed
Set-up, work preparation, fabrication, clean up, preventative maintenance of machine center, and quality assurance of own work and work area
Assuring compliance with policies and procedures, customer service goals, and quality standards while meeting production goals
Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
