About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to work in an active production facility. The role applies and removes company and name emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniform shirts and pants using an industrial heat sealing machine. Work involves repetitive motions throughout the shift, including sitting, walking, standing, and repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting. Accuracy is important for inventory control and accountability. The role also includes housekeeping and following health and safety standards.

Employees must be authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, comply with the attendance policy, work safely in proximity to others for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. The position requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates. The posting is for a regular, full-time position on the first shift.
