About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to work in an active production facility. The role involves applying and removing company and name emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniform shirts and pants using an industrial heat sealing machine. Work requires repetitive motions throughout the shift, including sitting, walking, standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting. Daily accuracy is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adhering to health and safety standards.

The position requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation. The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures and requires working safely in close proximity to others for extended periods. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old, and must adhere to the attendance policy.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional job offer will be required to complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.
