About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Sorter to support the Rental Division. The Garment Sorter safely and accurately sorts customer garments in numerical order according to garment ID, keeps the work area clean, and meets or exceeds standards for quantity and quality of work. This is a regular, full-time position on the second shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Demonstrates information identification and sorting skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, work ethic, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, and a commitment to safety.
