Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify opportunities for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The employee is also expected to keep the work area clean. Pay is performance-based: the employee must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional hourly compensation tied to exceeding established standards. The role is performed in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. It is a first-shift, full-time position. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify an applicant.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and stretch, bend, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
