About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify the need for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. Associates are also expected to keep their work area clean.

This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding established standards. The position is full-time on the first shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependable task prioritization, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
