About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This position safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects garments to identify opportunities for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to keep their work area clean.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Employees must meet or exceed an established production standard for hanging garments, and additional compensation—up to $3.00 per hour—is tied to individual productivity and performance. The role is full-time on the first shift in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• The work may require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station.
• Attention to detail, dependable work ethic, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect garments and identify the need for proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
