About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support its Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items that may need proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. The associate is also expected to maintain a clean work area.

The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Associates must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, such as higher hourly pay, is tied to exceeding production standards. The pay overview states that employees may earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance, based on meeting or exceeding established standards.

This is a regular, full-time position on the first shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
