About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. This role safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers and visually inspects garments to identify items needing proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The associate maintains a clean work area and is expected to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

The job involves standing for most of the shift and performing repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching. It may also involve pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen products to a station. The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment, with time pressures and periods of working in safe proximity to others.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
