About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify items needing proactive repairs, such as patching holes or tears. The associate is also expected to keep the work area clean.

Pay is performance-based. The Garment Hanger must meet or exceed the established production standard for hanging garments; additional compensation, up to an additional $3.00 per hour, is tied to individual productivity and performance against those standards.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. Employees must adhere to the attendance policy, work safely in proximity to others for extended periods, and perform in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. The job requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. It may involve pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to a station.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements
