Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers and visually inspecting garments to identify opportunities for proactive repair, such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are also expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses a performance-based incentive pay structure. Employees must meet or exceed a production standard for hanging garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The role is full-time on the first shift.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
