About The Position

The Production Associate, Footwear is responsible for the flow of product between vendors and factories and coordinates shipments with agents and warehouses. The position supports the Whole and Footwear business. Essential duties include managing product information and order updates, addressing shipping and delivery issues, and monitoring goods and order deliveries for punctuality and cost effectiveness. This role is based in the company’s New York City office and requires on-site work five days per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
Self-motivation and strong follow-up and completion skills.
Exceptional interpersonal communication, email communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to urgency.
Initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of information to the sales force and customer service.
Enter all work in process and correctly update changes, including prices, factories, and XF.
Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues.
Coordinate shipments with agents and warehouses.
Monitor the flow of goods to ensure punctual delivery and cost effectiveness.
Oversee and monitor delivery of all orders placed in various countries.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
