About The Position
This is a full-time hourly position with a schedule of 6:00pm-6:00am, following a 2on, 2off, 3on schedule, operating 24/7. The role is located at the Crawfordsville Box Facility in Crawfordsville, IN.
Requirements
- Accurately using tape measures and other measurements and test equipment
- Accurately completing time sheets, reports, lists, and other records

Responsibilities
- Reading factory work orders, print cards, and other documents to learn customer requirements
- Identifying stock and products that correspond to work orders
- Performing assigned duties to ensure that production needs are met
- Assisting other associates as needed
- Accurately using tape measures and other measurements and test equipment
- Inspecting, counting, stacking, and unitizing products according to customer specifications
- Identifying and segregating nonconforming (reject) products and materials
- Accurately completing time sheets, reports, lists, and other records
- Keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and/or unusual situations
- Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping
- Floating utilities associates also follow the direction of the operator where they are assigned
- Maintaining teamwork with machine crews and other associates
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervision
