About The Position

This role involves managing technical assets such as sound, lighting, projection, stage equipment, and instruments. The Production Assistant will be responsible for setting up and operating technical systems or coordinating trained operators for events. Additionally, they will maintain the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building and its systems. The position also includes collecting attendance data for events and rentals, maintaining accurate rental metrics, and providing excellent customer service and communication to renters. This role will liaise with the Event Rental Coordinator.

Requirements

Ability to manage technical assets, including sound, lighting, projection, stage equipment, and instruments.
Ability to set up and operate technical systems or coordinate trained operators for events.
Ability to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the building and its systems.
Ability to collect attendance data for events & rentals, and maintain accurate rental metrics.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and communication to renters.
Ability to liaise with the Event Rental Coordinator.
