About The Position
Nexxaworks is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Production Assistant to support its production team. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment and supports production from pre-production through post-production. The Production Assistant helps ensure smooth operations by assisting with daily tasks and on-set activities, equipment and production-area setup, supply organization, coordination across departments, scheduling, and support for talent and crew.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take direction in a collaborative setting.
Nice To Haves
- Additional education in media or production.
Responsibilities
- Assist the production team with daily tasks and on-set activities.
- Set up and break down equipment and production areas as required.
- Manage production supplies inventory and ensure materials are stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with various departments to support smooth workflow and communication.
- Help schedule and organize production meetings and shoots.
- Support talent and crew members as needed during production.
