About The Position

The Production Associate (New Hire), also referred to as a General Helper, assists operators with machine operations. The role provides hands-on training and ongoing learning opportunities to become a qualified Operator. Employees must work safely, avoid attendance issues, understand work orders and machine instructions, complete quality checks, keep machines clean, and perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work area. The role also involves monitoring and reducing waste and working toward company production goals. Shifts are 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; employees must commit to 8–12-hour shifts. The position is located at 2626 County Rd 71, Butler, Indiana, and pays $24.21 per hour.

Requirements

Knowledge of safe work practices.
Basic math skills, including understanding measurements and the ability to read a tape measure.
Attention to detail.
Ability to read, review, and understand work orders.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
Commitment to 8–12-hour shifts and reliable attendance.
