About The Position

Join the lead team in a nonprofit production and assembly area that manufactures air filters. The Production Assistant builds air filters and follows procedures for job setup, production scheduling, quality control, and tracking production and inventory requirements. The role also involves properly handling and caring for equipment and maintaining a safe work environment. Full-time shifts are Monday through Friday, either 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; part-time shifts may also be available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stable work history.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or one-quarter of one's body weight, whichever is less.
• Must pass a drug screen.

• Production or assembly work experience is beneficial.
