About The Position

The Production Assistant works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, which develops adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. The position operates and adjusts manufacturing equipment, maintains production records, and assists operators with daily production. The role is classified as non-exempt and is paid hourly, with eligibility for overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, premium pay, or bonuses depending on role and location.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Basic math skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.

Forklift operator experience.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
Help operators with daily production.
