About The Position

This is a full-time role for a Production Assembler I. The position involves performing routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to support production goals, following established instructions and safety procedures. The role operates on the 2nd Shift (Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) in an onsite manufacturing environment. The assembler will collaborate with the production team to meet daily outputs and quality standards.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills and ability to read English and understand process instructions
• 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience
• Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with small parts
• Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
• Capability to perform basic mathematics and read/interpret company documents, safety rules, and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and understand drawings/blueprints
• Experience with hand tools

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts and components per instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
• Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
• Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
• Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heaters or ovens and perform in-process testing
• Follow and demonstrate all required safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work variable schedules or additional hours as necessary
