About The Position

You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly to help the team meet production targets and quality standards. You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm) and collaborate with production leads and quality inspectors to deliver compliant assemblies.

Requirements

6 months–2 years of relevant experience
Ability to follow basic directions and learn/cross-train
Blueprint reading ability
Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts
Ability to operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery
Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and procedures
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent related experience

Some tool knowledge
Familiarity with high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

Perform routine assembly of small parts or components following documented instructions and procedures
Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operations
Position very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures
Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts
Bond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies and use heating elements or ovens as required
Perform in-process testing and follow all safety policies and procedures
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules or additional hours when necessary
