About The Position

You will perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly work to help the team produce small, precision components on a 1st-shift, onsite schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm). Your work supports production quality and throughput for the organization and involves close collaboration with production leads and quality personnel. Reliable attendance and adherence to safety procedures are required.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant assembler experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and company documents
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude for working with small parts
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic light machinery
• Basic math skills and effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace industry experience
• Sewing machine experience or familiarity with industrial sewing
• Troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per instructions and procedures
• Review shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations
• Position and assemble very small parts using tweezers, fixtures, and binocular microscope
• Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires; bond or seal parts with epoxies and perform in-process testing
• Operate hand tools and light machinery and follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights/weekends or additional hours as necessary
