About The Position

Cascadience, a VIABILITY Company, is developing an AI-powered digital companion for neurodivergent individuals, including people with ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety. The product combines AI support, intelligent scheduling, long-term memory, and gamified experiences to reduce cognitive overload, support executive functioning, and promote independence. The student-focused experience includes a multi-agent AI system and a progression-based Island Home where students can unlock upgrades by completing real-world tasks, participating in learning modules, checking into classes, and building positive habits. The Product UI/UX Designer will lead the design and evolution of the mobile user experience. The role translates AI functionality, scheduling systems, conversational workflows, and gamification mechanics into intuitive, accessible, human-centered experiences. The Designer will collaborate with Product, AI Engineers, Developers, Operations, Marketing, and external partners, applying a neurodivergent-first design philosophy that balances calm, low-sensory interfaces with thoughtful, motivating engagement. Cascadience will provide required work equipment, including a computer and cell phone. The position is remote in the EST time zone, full-time and salaried exempt, with a Monday–Friday schedule. It requires at least three years of professional product design experience. The role creates user flows and information architecture, Island Home progression experiences, conversational and dashboard interfaces, design systems, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Designs should support native iOS and Android implementation and communicate clear specifications to development teams.
