About The Position

The Product Trainer is an individual contributor responsible for deploying and delivering product and technical training that enables field and virtual commercial teams to confidently sell, demonstrate, and support assigned portfolios. The role partners with the Vertical Training Lead, Product/GBU partners, and marketing to align training deployment with launch priorities and field performance needs. Training is facilitated virtually, in classrooms or academies, and in the field through co-travel. The trainer assesses effectiveness through knowledge and skill validation and field-application signals, then delivers targeted interventions to address product knowledge and product-specific capability gaps. The role also supports portfolio onboarding, launch enablement, training logistics, learner resources, and continuous improvement. It collaborates with commercial marketing, sales leadership, product, clinical, and service teams to keep training aligned with current capabilities, messaging, roadmap priorities, and field needs. The position requires 50–75% travel for classroom/academy training and in-field co-travel support.
