About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Product Support Supply Chain Manager to support the team in Victorville, California. This role involves inventory management of aircraft parts, consumables, and emergent parts, as well as toolroom management, facilities management, and plant and equipment maintenance. The position also includes technical management of the external supply chain and coordination with third-party vendors. The manager will develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, set operational goals, acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing oversight of technical approaches, products, and processes, participating in make/buy decisions and source selection, and managing, developing, and motivating employees.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
3+ years of experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
Experience working with internal and external customers and suppliers
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
