About The Position

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Synergy Integration Product team is seeking a highly motivated Product Support Intern to assist our Business and Product Management teams throughout the product release lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders to coordinate product launches, maintain product documentation, track release milestones, and help ensure successful delivery of new products and enhancements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain practical experience in product management within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 20 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FL facility.

Requirements

  • Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business.
  • A college sophomore or above required.
  • Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notifications (CNs) in Windchill, ensuring all required product information is accurately identified and documented.
  • Identify products and gather, organize, and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Service team to develop and support service plans, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain internal business instructions, work processes, and procedural documents.
  • Create and deliver product training materials and educational resources for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of product playbooks, sales support materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
