About The Position

Our training and technologically advanced sales processes have transitioned former retail sales, cell phone sales, restaurant servers, bartenders, car rental associates, and direct sales professionals into successful and happy automotive salespeople.

Requirements

  • The ability to be knowledgeable and savvy with technology, including Google Suite and video communication software, is a MUST to be successful in this position.
  • Enthusiastic personality with high energy, eager to meet new people and challenges
  • A growth mindset and a belief that failures are nothing more than learning opportunities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Possess a valid drivers license (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Our training program teaches the Leta Way and sets you up for success regardless of your background.

Responsibilities

  • Become a brand and product expert to highlight vehicle features and options while making product recommendations
  • Assist guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Perform a professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles tailored around your guests wants and needs
  • Develop lifelong relationships with customers and earn their repeat and referral business
  • Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success
