Requirements

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Computer savvy with the knowledge of how to use word processing programs, spreadsheets and the ability to assimilate and use new programs quickly
Ability to think through and lead projects
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, taxes, and percentages
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and respond whether written or verbal to customer inquiries/concerns
Efficient and focused

Responsibilities

Analyze equity mining software to determine best prospects to engage in the Ford service department
Connect priority customers to their current salesperson
Call and email equity mining opportunities
Greeting and welcoming overflow customers
Conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyzing and compiling data to report to service and sales managers for continuous improvement
Engaging daily minimum number of service customers
Developing and nurturing relationships scheduled marketing initiatives
Orphan data mining
Showroom visit phone follow-up
Inbound phone call overflow
Data Merging (as needed)
Consistent sales, product, and equity mining training
