About The Position

Dolan Auto Group is seeking a Product Specialist for Dolan Mazda Kia in Reno, Nevada, to help customers find vehicles that meet their needs and budgets and to develop lasting customer relationships. No previous experience is required; customer service or retail experience is a plus. The company seeks outgoing, friendly, self-motivated individuals. The role involves learning about available vehicles, completing paperwork, coordinating vehicle delivery, and maintaining customer relationships. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Team-oriented approach focused on exemplary customer service.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform repetitive movements, including squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast-paced walking, and light jogging when necessary.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to work with exposure to weather and potentially extreme temperatures.
